The Effenaar in Eindhoven starts to fill up slowly and everyone with a VIP bracelet can access the closed off balcony. From here I have a great view of the crowd as well as the stage and I’m starting to get excited.

This showcase is meant to promote Florence’s new album Ceremonials…
I was there too (yes!!) and I agree with a big part of this review. Although, standing in first 4 or 5 rows my feeling about the concert is different. Sure enough, the crowd sucked but there were quite some people singing along ALL the lyrics (including yours truly) and most clapping and swaying was indeed happening just in front of the stage.
(I’m also glad I wasn’t in the VIP area as that was way too far from the stage)
Highlights: Shake it out - my personal fav from the last album and Leave my Body - much to my surprise as I never liked that song before.
And I can honestly say now: she sings brilliantly! Live just as flawless as on record - I heard it with my own two ears, and it was good.
